Philodendron Pink Princess have amazing intense patterns of pink which vary between specimens and across time with each new leaf. With proper care, Philodendron Pink Princess can become more patterned as well as less and back to highly splashed with pink again. For best results, bigger leaves and happier Pink Princess plants - grow these UP a support pole and allow them to secure their aerial roots to it just like nature. Provide a warm, humid position with bright filtered light and keep only a light level of soil moisture without drying out completely.
Ideal for Intermediate-experienced plant keepers or beyond.
Light Requirements: Bright Indirect Light is ideal.
Moisture & Soil Requirements: Prefers evenly moist soil with good drainage in warm seasons and can be kept drier in winter.
Grows well in bark or sphagnum. Can handle short dry spells but best with constant access to moisture.
Growth & Nutrients: Slow growing vining cultivar. Suits apartments or homes of any size. Pink variegation occurs throughout leaves if given sufficient light, usually increasing with age and proper care. Feed with a general-purpose fertiliser for containers from the start of spring each year to autumn when growth slows down.
