Terms & Conditions — $500 Plant Spree
These Terms & Conditions govern the PlantHouse $500 Plant Spree promotion. Please read them in full before entering.
The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 inclusive.

Promotion period
The PlantHouse $500 Plant Spree promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 inclusive.

Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of PlantHouse and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to enter
Spend $80 or more in a single qualifying transaction at PlantHouse during the promotion period. For every complete $80 spent in the same transaction, you will receive one entry into the draw.
$80–$159.99
= 1 entry
$160–$239.99
= 2 entries
$240–$319.99
= 3 entries
There is no limit to the number of entries a customer may receive during the promotion period. Spend from separate transactions cannot be combined to create additional entries.

Contact details
To be eligible, the qualifying transaction must be linked to a valid email address and phone number supplied at the time of purchase. For online purchases, the contact details supplied with the order will be used. For in-store purchases, customers must provide their email address and phone number at checkout. Contact information collected for the promotion will be used to administer the promotion and contact the winner. Entry into the promotion does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications from PlantHouse.

Qualifying spend
The qualifying spend is the amount actually paid after discounts have been applied. Gift card purchases, delivery and freight charges, plant hire, installation or other services and wholesale or trade purchases do not count towards the qualifying spend. Amounts paid using a PlantHouse gift card may count towards the qualifying spend, provided the underlying purchase otherwise qualifies.

Returns and refunds
If products from a qualifying transaction are returned or refunded and the remaining value of the transaction falls below an entry threshold, the corresponding entry or entries may be cancelled.
For example, if a $170 transaction generates two entries and $30 worth of products are subsequently returned, reducing the qualifying spend to $140, one of those entries may be cancelled.
7. The prize
$500 PlantHouse plant spree
One winner will receive a $500 PlantHouse plant spree. The prize entitles the winner to select up to $500 worth of plants from PlantHouse.
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and is not transferable.
Any amount spent above the $500 prize value must be paid by the winner.
Any unused portion of the prize will not be paid out as cash.
The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified.

Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place on
. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

Notification of the winner
PlantHouse will contact the winner using the email address and/or phone number associated with their qualifying purchase. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, PlantHouse may select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

Winner announcement
PlantHouse may ask the winner for permission to announce their first name and/or share a photograph of the winner on PlantHouse social media channels or other promotional material. Any such use will be subject to the winner's consent.

Invalid entries
PlantHouse reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, incorrectly submitted or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Changes to the promotion
If circumstances outside PlantHouse's reasonable control prevent the promotion from operating as intended, PlantHouse may reasonably amend, suspend or cancel the promotion. Any material changes will be communicated through PlantHouse's website or other appropriate channels.
